These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at withframework.com (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). Overview
Framework provides creative, branding, and digital design services for businesses and organizations. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the Site.

Eligibility
By using the Site or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Services & Engagement
All project-based or ongoing services are governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement between you and Framework or Global Media and Creatives Company, LLC. No agency-client relationship is formed until both parties have signed a written agreement.

Payments
Invoices are due as stated in each project agreement. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Framework retains ownership of all creative concepts, materials, and intellectual property developed prior to full payment. Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables transfers as stated in your signed agreement.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our proprietary materials or website content without written consent.
